Use What you have to get what you want (KH Magazine)

In this day of high-tech complexity, is the old quote "knowledge is power" as relevant as it used to be?

While, world leaders have had to rely on what they have to get what they want.
In other words, You need to know how to use what you have to get what you want, if you want to be called leader.

Let us be clear, right now. Take your time and think about “What you have” and “What you want” for a second. Is one of them flame (girl, boy friend) making you happy? Is it High point GPA (Grade Point Average) filling you up enough? Sufficient knowledge or Money you can show off front of people enough?

What I’ve come to realize and I’d like to talk about is that the key is to fully understand what you have and, equally important, know what you want. You have to take a profound look at your dreams, goals, and aspirations, followed by a good, hard look at your assets, resources and talents. And then, you have to figure out a gap between the two.

It happens at the same times each year.
I get too busy (work, school, life) and I desperately need to have a look back on “what I have”, “what I want” with Starbucks coffee. I don’t think people look to leaders necessarily because they are smarter or because they know something that others don’t.”

“People see what the leaders have to get what they want.”

I’ll give you example. This is story about when I was working at company, TUNAP Canada Ltd. with Managing Director. He always told me “Necessity of being leader is to know perfectly what you have`. One day, we bought one application called ERP (Enterprise resource planning) as a project. Even though it was very strong application, it needed to be modified a lot. It is vivid that Software company has powerful tools but business mind. Especially attached documents didn’t make sense in the business field. We’ve accused of it, and eventually we’ve got free edition. In other words, they didn’t know what they have to get what they want. Despite they have massive information, they don’t know what they have to get what they want (they don’t know how it they have works).

It is obviously impossible that you have everything. I don’t compel you to be a leader, but to know what you have to get what you want.

You might be asking you over and over again, if you agreed with my perspective. I’ll give you a way I think.

Here’s the thing though. To get what you want to do, you have to first base it off a reference point.
This reference point is based on your past experiences. If you have not accumulated a set amount of experiences, you can’t possibly generate a meaningful answer in that regard.

Get to know what you have is. Go out the world and explore the difference from where you are now.
Hope you go all out in all your goal pursuits and in pursuing your interests.

Put your heart and soul in everything you do.

I hope it leads you to totally different world you’ve been faced with. Take care.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

What is the meaning of "Beauty"?
The meaning of that is attractive qualities or features.
Thus It's because we are always faced with coosing who or what is more attaractive and has beauty.
It other wors, we usually itemize (make a priority) beauty that we will meet.
But the choice comes from personal tendency.


From my experiences, Whenever i hung out with my girlfriend, my friends would have wondered why I was with her. I was seen not to be going on her. They thought we weren't a good match. But she seduved me with her beauty and charm. All in all (on the whole), As time went by, they coulnd't deny she was very attractive. In my opinion, it depends on an individual. Rarely can you see a 30 year dirrerance between couple.

There is another point of view (perspective.) Generally beauty is not bad not cruel, not trouble maker nor nice. There is no doubt that "Miss Universe" is gorgeous and awesome. They have their own individual attractiveness. As we can recode that face, personality, figure, intelligence, confidence, pureness(Innocence). Sexy and helpful mind for the poor and so on.
I've never expected that the beautiful people are doing something bad.

In conclusion, the people personally (Individually) have their own specific beauty on their mind. But it is not out of meanings (territory). You just run it by your honest mind. They can answer what they want to get.

All the day of my life

A conflict among people can happen frequently.
Because each person has their own way of thinking and pursue their perspective.
However how worse a conflict gets depends on how concerned a person is about his / her opponent.
It can be both a controversial thing and efficient compromise.
Since I came here, I think I've chosen the ways way to live. There haven't been any conflicts.
May be if there ever is one, I will wisely solve the problem. The wisest solution to a conflict is that people don't invade an individuals (spatial) boundary. Don't hurt and don't live beyond your means.
Let us think about two types of conflict. A conflict is a paradox. Being conflicted means that people have an idea against others. They are going to find a way to improve something they have.


Meanwhile, they will compromise to develop it from each other at the same time.


It makes something worse or better.


It is a paradox. It is likely that every time we are faced with a conflict. It is regarding our way of thinking. When we have homework, at times, we hesitate to do that because we have options which are taking a rest and watching TV and so on. So a conflict like this might happen too naturally to figure out that it is conflict. All the time, we have conflicts withing ourselves. For thinking through something, we need an experienced, clever.


They can lead us to get out of conflict.
Despite the fact that you find it hard to get a wise mediator, we should reach or get to be.


In conclusion, the life you are making, has many aspects.
It is following the way you look or where you stand and see in a distance .


See the picture from a distance, then you can see a bother picture than before.
